Contact Page

This page template is intented to display archive of the posts from blog grouped by their categories.

In order to use this page, you need to navigate to Pages → Add New and select the "Page Template" as "Contact Page".

Under General Settings tab make sure to fill in the settings for the contact form and the Google map.
